Storm win over Wranglers in shootout

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Storm put up a good battle when the team welcomed the 100 Mile House Wranglers last night (Jan.19).
Braycen Dube and Evan Clark scored one goal each during the first period for Kamloops. The Wranglers were able to even things up, before the Storm scored twice in 49 seconds in the second period – courtesy of Ryan Larsen and Jaden Beauchamp – to regain their two goal lead.
However, the Wranglers scored twice in the third period to force overtime and shootout.
Braycen Dube scored the shootout goal for the Storm, securing a 5-4 victory.
