Fog advisory issued for North Thompson region

CLEARWATER, B.C. — Residents in the North Thompson may be battling to see further ahead Tuesday (Jan. 2) morning.

Environment Canada issued a fog advisory for the North Thompson region Monday afternoon. It’s due to atmospheric conditions that are favourable for dense fog to develop.

While the fog is expected to lift midday Tuesday, the weather agency asks drivers to be prepared for stretches of near zero visibility.
