KAMLOOPS — It wasn’t the best way to finish off the year for the Kamloops Blazers last night (Dec.30). The team fell 4-1 to the Prince George Cougars inside Sandman Centre.
Kai Matthew was the goal scorer for Kamloops, with Jesse Sanche turning aside 37 shots in the loss. Ty Young saved 33 shots for the Cougars.
The Blazers will now welcome the Edmonton Oil Kings on Wednesday (Jan. 3) night, for their second of four home games in a row.
