Kamloops Search and Rescue complete late night rescue Thursday

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops Search and Rescue (KSAR) was called out to a Forest Service Road (FSR) North of Kamloops Thursday (Dec. 28) for reports of a group of people who had become stuck.

The call came in at 6:20 P.M. yesterday evening with crews deploying to the snowy stretch of backcountry.

Just over four hours later, KSAR confirmed that all subjects had been found save and were being transported back into town.
