Blazers beat Americans for the second time in a row

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Blazers won for the second straight night against the Tri-City Americans on home ice yesterday (Oct. 28).

Dylan Sydor led the team to a 5-2 victory with two goals, while Connor Levis picked up three assists. Logan Bairos, Ashton Ferster and Andrew Thomson also scored one goal each for the Blazers.

Dylan Ernst stopped 25 shots Americans shots, while Lukas Matecha stopped 20 shots.

The Blazers will finish the weekend off with a game in Langley against the Vancouver Giants today (Oct. 29) 4:00 p.m.
