Kamloops Blazers fall to the visiting Victoria Royals

KAMLOOPS — It wasn’t the best night for the Kamloops Blazers on Friday (Oct. 6). The team welcomed the Victoria Royals at Sandman Centre but lost 4-1 to the visiting team.

Bryce Minten scored his first goal for Kamloops, but it wasn’t enough to secure the victory. Braden Holt was the star of the game, stopping 38 Kamloops shots, while the Blazers Dylan Ernst faced 22 Royals shots.

The Blazers will be back on the ice on Sunday, when they welcome the Wenatchee Wild at 4 p.m.
