CFJC’s “Out & About” explores Kamloops’ trails and natural areas! Be inspired to stay physically and mentally fit and discover beautiful and intriguing natural landscapes.

There are hundreds of kilometres of trails to explore within a few minutes’ drive of downtown Kamloops. But right within the heart of the city itself, there is an opportunity to hike in a fantastic natural area known as the Kenna Cartwright Nature Park.
