RAW VIDEO: RCMP storm 13th Street property, shoot out tires Thursday

KAMLOOPS — Surveillance video from a 13th Street address shows the dramatic moment police arrived at a nearby property Thursday (Dec. 8).

The video, contributed to CFJC Today, shows several police vehicles arrive at the address in the 1100-block of 13th Street.

While a dog handler readies his canine partner for the assignment, another member shoots out tires of vehicles parked in front of the address.
