CMHA hosting virtual Ride Don’t Hide mental health event
KAMLOOPS — The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Kamloops is virtually hosting their annual Ride Don’t Hide fundraiser starting May 2, 2022.
Locals can participate in the event even though there won’t be an in-person ride. There will be a dinner on June 5 hosted by Earls Kitchen and Bar, an activity calendar loaded with weekly deals from community partners, and a wrap-up fair to celebrate the participant’s achievements on June 26 in Riverside Park at the Rotary Band shell.
The CMHA says people can be involved while also creating awareness of the importance of mental health.
