Locals advised of traffic troubles due to Boogie The Bridge

KAMLOOPS — The annual CFJC Boogie The Bridge kicks off Sunday (April 24), and locals are being advised that some roads may be impacted.

On the City of Kamloops website, it reads that some roads will be closed or slowed during the duration of the race.

There will be temporary road closures in the following areas from 6:00 AM TO 2:00 PM:

Tranquille Road between Leigh Road and Yew Street (south); north and south travel lanes
Yew Street and MacKenzie Ave between Park Street and Tranquille Road
Royal Avenue from Park Street to Tranquille Road
Northbound curb lane on the Overlanders Bridge
Fortune Drive overpass
