Kamloops man identified as industrial accident victim

KAMLOOPS – The man killed in a workplace accident last week at a business along Mission Flats Road, has been identified through a gofundme post.

The post identifies 34 year old Wade Lieuwen of Kamloops as the victim. He leaves behind a wife and two young girls.

Worksafe BC is investigating the incident. No details of the fatal accident have been released.
