About three weeks after the September incident, Kanahus Manuel and fellow Tiny House Warrior Isha Jules were arrested after a confrontation with road maintenance workers near Valemount.

Manuel claimed RCMP members broke her wrist as they took her into custody.

Manuel and Jules face mischief charges in that incident, with a trial date set for June 16.
