COVID-19 exposures at Juniper Ridge Elementary, Valleyview Secondary, SouthKam Secondary

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops-Thompson School District is informing the public about three more school exposures to COVID-19 last week.

Single-day exposures are listed at Juniper Ridge Elementary and Valleyview Seconday schools, both on Jan. 11.

Additionally, an exposure is reported at South Kamloops Secondary on Jan. 12 and 13. This is in addition to the exposure reported on the previous week.

Public health officials are working to contact people who may have had direct contact with COVID-19-positive individuals.

Those who are not contacted by health officials are urged to attend school as normal.
