Heat season ends, Wranglers move on

KAMLOOPS — The Chase Heat’s season came undone and was brought to an end by penalties.

The 100 Mile House Wranglers defeated the Heat 4-1 on Thursday night to win the first round playoff series four games to one.

100 Mile was 3-for-9 on the power play and will now face the Revelstoke Grizzlies in the Birks Division final.

Revelstoke took out the Kamloops Storm earlier this week in a four game sweep.
