Barriere opens B.C. Boys “A” Basketball Championship with a win

KAMLOOPS —- The Barriere Cougars opened the B.C. Boys “A” Basketball Championship with a 90-58 win over Grand Forks.

Tyson Schilling led the Cougars with 26 points.

Barriere will take on Fernie tonight in a quarter final game.

The Cougars are the number 4 seed in the 16 team tournament —- Fernie is number 5.
