Seniors Looking for Love

Just when fans thought that Bachelor Nation couldn’t get any bigger, they learned that ABC is casting for a new version of the show with “seniors looking for love.”

Reception on Twitter was immediate and effusive, with several tweeting out they were nominating their grandparents. Others opined that this would be perfect for would-be applicants in the “30-35 age bracket.”

For realz though, the powers that be stipulated that applicants should be “65+.”

One producer offered these clues on Instagram, writing: “Are you entering your golden years and looking for romance? The producers of The Bachelor are looking for active and outgoing single men and women in their golden for a new exciting dating show.”
