Justin Bieber’s Got a Sign

Justin Bieber is preparing to drop his first album in five years as he promotes Changes.

After performing this weekend on Saturday Night Live, he announced the album’s release date with a publicity stunt. Bieber hit the streets of New York City Sunday, holding up handwritten cardboard signs. He was joined by Seth Phillips, the guy behind the Instagram account @dudewithsign, known for holding up signs that say things we’re all thinking.

Seth held up a sign that said, “Where’s the album JB?” and Justin held up one saying, “Feb 14,” which is the release date.

One of the signs that Seth held up said, “Justin shave your mustache,” and the singer held up one next to him that said, “No.”

Insiders tell Page Six that Justin’s fans hate his ‘stache – and so does his wife, Hailey, but he refuses to shave it off for that very reason.

“He feels that for years he’s been the pretty boy and loves how much everyone hates it and thinks it’s hilarious,” an insider dished. “He doesn’t even like it himself, but the more people hate it the longer he wants to keep it.”

“The more his wife dislikes it and the more the world dislikes it, the funnier he thinks it is,” another insider said.

Justin performed “Yummy” and “Intentions” on Saturday Night Live ahead of the Friday release of Changes. He brought Quavo, his guest on “Intentions,” out for the performance.
