Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo MP says world stage confidence, fiscal responsibility needed for next Conservative leader
KAMLOOPS — With Andrew Scheer ready to step down as leader of the Conservative Party, the next to take the helm will be decided in June.
Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo’s MP spoke with CFJC Today, and painted a picture of what kind of leader the Tories will need for the rest of 2020.
Cathy McLeod figures those who are going to run will be announcing within the next week or so, and says she’s hoping there won’t be too many names put forward.
