YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS STAR KRISTOFF ST. JOHN DIES AT 52: The Young and the Restless star Kristoff St. John has died at age 52. The LAPD tells E! News that St. John was found dead in his California home on Sunday. He landed his Young and the Restless role in 1991, and performed as Neil Winters until his death. The cause of his death was not known at press time. His last appearance on Twitter was January 21st when he retweeted a post about grieving the loss of a child that reads, “Grieving the loss of a child is a process. It begins on the day your child passes, and ends the day the parent joins them.” St. John’s son Julian died by suicide on November 23rd, 2014. He was 24. St. John’s devastated fiance, model Kseniya Mikhaleva, penned a heartbreaking note on Instagram about his unexpected passing. “How did it happen ??? How ??? Why did you leave so early ????,” she wrote.

PAMELA ADLON OPENS UP ABOUT WORKING WITH LOUIS C.K.: Pamela Adlon and Louis C.K. go way back. In a new profile for The New Yorker, the Better Things co-creator opens up about the shock and horror she felt when the sexual misconduct allegations first emerged against C.K. “It felt like the world was ending,” Adlon said of her initial reaction to the New York Times‘ report on C.K. “I was his champion and he was my champion for ten years … And then you’ve got these women, who’ve all been through these things. And you’re, like, what does that mean? What did you do?” Adlon also said that after she continued the FX show without him, they lost touch. Asked whether she is still in communication with C.K., Adlon said, “No, I’m not. But I hate saying that. If I said, ‘Oh, yeah, I talk to him every day,’ or ‘No, I’m not,’ both are awful. But I haven’t spoken to him in quite a long time.”

FAN BINGBING RETURNS: Fan Bingbing has returned to Instagram with an upbeat post for the first time since May of 2018. Fans became concerned about the Chinese megastar when reports started circulating in September that she was being held by the Chinese government over a tax evasion scandal. She later apologized for her behavior on her Weibo account, writing that she accepted “the penalties given by the taxation authorities after their thorough investigation. I totally accepted all of them, and will raise funds to pay my taxes and penalties regardless of any obstacles.”

ROB DELANEY CELEBRATES SOBRIETY, MOURNS SON: Comedian Rob Delaney says his sobriety has helped him survive his son’s recent death. The Catastrophe star shared on Twitter: “As of today I’ve been sober 17 years. 17 years ago I was in jail in a wheelchair. Today I’m not. I am profoundly grateful to the alcoholics who shined a light on the path for me and helped equip me with the skills to live life well. This has been a brutal year for my family and me.” He continued: “Our first year without our son and brother Henry. Had I not been sober it would have been far worse. As it was, I squeaked by. Sobriety allowed me to be a reasonably good dad, husband and worker through it all. (If you average it out. I think.) Sobriety allows me to grieve fully, and grief is an expression of love.” His 2-year-old son Henry died of brain cancer in January of last year. He and his wife Leah welcomed a baby boy in August.

BRADLEY COOPER IS TERRIFIED TO PERFORM AT OSCARS: Bradley Cooper is not playing it cool about his upcoming performance at the Oscars. The actor and director is slated to showcase his singing skills with Lady Gaga as the pair perform their Oscar-nominated song “Shallow” from his movie A Star Is Born, Cooper’s directorial debut. He told E! of his recent surprise performance with Gaga at her Vegas show: “That was terrifying. I just had to like, Zen out and just pray that I wouldn’t ruin her show. Because, think about it, she just crushed it or two hours..and I thought, ‘Please let me just be on pitch.’”

ANDY COHEN ANNOUNCES BIRTH OF SON: Andy Cohen announced the birth of his first child in a black-and-white photo on Instagram yesterday. “WOW! This is my son, Benjamin Allen Cohen. He is 9 lbs 2 ounces !!” he wrote. “20 inches !! Born at 6:35 pm, PT He is named after my grandfather Ben Allen. I’m in love. And speechless. And eternally grateful to an incredible surrogate. And I’m a dad. Wow.” The 50-year-old host of Bravo’s Watch What Happens Liveannounced that he was going to be a father in December. He said it happened “after many years of careful deliberation, a fair amount of prayers and the benefit of science.”
