B.C. Hockey Road to World Juniors stops in Kamloops and Lower Nicola

KAMLOOPS — At the end of December and in early January the best junior hockey players in the World will be in Vanouver and Victoria for the World Junior Championship.

This month the B.C. Hockey Road to the World Juniors is touring the province.

The tour includes presentations of basic hockey skills with local junior and midget age minor hockey players helping to demonstrate and teach the skills of stickhandling, passing and shooting.

Today at A.E. Perry Elementary in Kamloops and tomorrow it travels to the Band School at Lower Nicola.
