KAMLOOPS — Savona barrel racer Carman Pozzobon had her best run of the week to remain a solid second in the aggregate at the Calgary Stampede.

Pozzobon hustled around the barrels in 17.22 — the third fastest time of the day, but still enough to leave her second in the aggregate behind Texas Hailey Kinsel.

Pozzobon has won $11,500 on her first three of four goes in Pool B, with the top four in the aggregate after tomorrow going to the Stampede’s million dollar showdown Sunday that will pay $100,000 to the barrel racing winner.
