Weather throws a strikeout at Daley and Company Canada Day Classic

KAMLOOPS — The closure of all fields at McArthur Island because of the weather has forced the cancellation of the rest of the Daley and Company Midget Baseball Classic.

A total of eight games have been cancelled —- which means the tournament will have no champion this year.

The host RiverDogs finished the 10-team Classic with a win and two losses.
