Heather Locklear Arrested

Dynasty and Melrose Place star Heather Locklear was arrested late Sunday (June 24th) for two misdemeanor counts of punching a deputy and kicking an EMT after police and emergency personnel responded to a family member’s 911 call. Reports indicate she was heavily intoxicated and she punched the deputy as he tried to separate her from her family members. Then she reportedly kicked an EMT while being placed on a gurney. Locklear was first taken to a hospital before being booked into the Ventura County Jail and held on $20,000 bail. This was the second time police went to her home Sunday, with the first coming in the early evening, but police determined no crime had occurred.

It was just one week ago that the 58-year-old actress was hospitalized for behaving erratically and reportedly looking for a gun to shoot herself. She was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold after allegedly choking her mom and attacking her dad, according to TMZ.

She was also arrested in February of 2018 on domestic violence charges and misdemeanor battery on a police officer after a fight with her boyfriend, Chris Heisser.
