Team Brown honoured by Curl B.C.

KAMLOOPS — Curl B.C. has named its 2018 award winners, and one of the major awards has gone to a team from Kamloops.

The Corryn Brown rink has been named the adult team of the year.

The team of Corryn Brown at skip, third Erin Pincott, second Dezaray Hawes and lead Samantha Fisher had a successful U Sport season — winning Canada West and placing second at U Sport nationals.

The Brown team also placed third at the Scotties B.C. women’s championship.
