Kim Kardashian on Ellen: Watch Here

Kim Kardashian appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Monday, and she weighed in on a number of topics, including why her sister Khloe is still in Cleveland.

Kim is the first in the Kardashian-Jenner clan to pipe up in public about Khloe’s situation with Tristan Thompson. (ICYMI, right before Khloe gave birth to her and Tristan’s daughter True, video footage of Tristan cheating on her while she was pregnant surfaced).

• Kim confirmed to Ellen DeGeneres what tabloids have been reporting: that Khloe hasn’t decided whether or not she’ll stay with Tristan.
• Kim said: “I feel like Khlo always like, dives into relationships and puts her whole heart into everything, I mean, she moved there [to Cleveland, where Tristan Thompson lives]. And I’ve seen her be in a really tough situation before in her last relationship [with Lamar Odom, who also cheated on her] and so I think just the family gets so emotionally invested in whoever each other is with, like, we treat them like family and we give them everything-like, our whole soul. We treat them like they’re a family member so we really were rooting for Khlo, and we still are, you know?”
• Kim continued: [“She’s still there, yeah, she’s still there, and she wanted to have some alone time with the baby and you know, figure out what her next steps are. I think it must be so hard to have your heart broken and fall in love all in a day or two, all happening at the same time.” (0:18 OC: same time)]
• Kim also shared insight into Khloe’s approach to sharing her struggles: “When she’s gone through really tough things in the past, she’s always kept that from us and kind of dealt with it until it became public. You know, stuff with Lamar, things I guess were happening for a year, and we didn’t know about it. And we always think we’re so close but she does such a good job at keeping that so private. So because this is not so private, I think she’s just like, ‘I need a minute to myself’ so she’s going to get through it. We’re such a close family. She has such a good support system and all we can do is be there for her and the baby.”
• On Monday, Kim also unfollowed Tristan on Instagram and appears to be the only family member to have done so.
