AVENGERS IS EVEN BIGGER THAN DISNEY THOUGHT! Disney is revising its all-time record weekend opening for Avengers: Infinity War, making it even more impressive than everyone thought .The Marvel blockbuster earned $258.2 million, instead of the $250 million they originally believed it earned. Infinity War now stands at an all-time record opening of $640.9 million, unseating the previous champ, Universal‘s Fate of the Furious with $541.9 million. NEW BOOK CLUB TRAILER DROPS: Paramount has released a new, final trailer for Book Club, a comedy starring Diane Keaton, Jane Fonda, Candice Bergen and Mary Steenburgen. Directed by Bill Holderman, it focuses on a group of women who discover new romances and rekindle old ones after reading the raunchy Fifty Shades of Grey, per Deadline. Book Club drops May 18th.

PAMELA GIDLEY DIES AT 52: Twin Peaks star Pamela Gidley has died at 52. She rose to fame for her role in David Lynch‘s Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me. She died April 16 “peacefully in her home” in Seabrook, New Hampshire, her family said. The cause of death was not immediately clear. She worked as a model before transitioning into acting. Her first role was in the 1986 film Thrashin’ alongside Josh Brolin and Sherilyn Fenn.

NETFLIX DROPS EVIL GENIUS TRAILER: The Duplass Brothers Evil Genius: The True Story of America’s Most Diabolical Bank Heist follows the story of a 2003 plot to rob a bank in Erie, Pennsylvania. During what became known as the “pizza bomber heist,” a pizza deliveryman with a bomb around his neck walked into a bank. The FBI became embroiled in a scavenger hunt across town and the murder of the would-be robber was eventually publicly broadcast. The four-part series investigates the mastermind behind the robbery. The show drops May 11th.
