Winter weather systems continue to wreak havoc around the province this morning.
Thousands of people in the Fraser Valley are waking up to chilly and dark conditions after freezing rain brought down trees and cut power lines overnight.
The B-C Hydro website says all available crews have been assigned in an effort to get the lights on as quickly as possible, but difficult conditions and extensive damage could mean some customers will be without electricity for an extended period.
