IIHF Women's World Hockey ends with an adrenalin rush

KAMLOOPS — By all acounts the 17th Women's World Hockey Championship was an overwhelming success.

The only damper on the eight days was that Canada did'nt win the gold medal.

But as far as pure hockey excitement and adrenalin rush, it would be hard to beat the final day.

The international women’s hockey archrivals square off in Monday’s final for the 17th time in as many tournaments.
