Prenatal Yoga

This class is designed to support and empower expecting mothers through the spectacular transformation into motherhood. Sessions will include yoga, intuitive movement, breathe work, meditation and the opportunity to connect deeply with your baby.

Our classes are in a small group setting. The intention for this time is to allow space for you to connect with your divine feminine energy and to cultivate a deep trust in the wisdom of your body and intuition. Room temperature. No previous yoga experience is required.
