Grizzlies and Wranglers post opening wins KIJHL playoffs

KAMLOOPS — The Revelstoke Grizzlies and 100 Mile House Wranglers have posted opening game wiins in the KIJHL playoffs.  In Revelstoke the Grizzlies scored on the power play in overtime to defeat the Kamloops Storm 4-3 in game one of the best of seven.

The 100 Mile House Wranglers scored three unanswered third period goals to down the hometown Chase Heat 5-3.

Game two in both series will be tonight in Revelstoke and Chase.
