KAMLOOPS — Kamloops Search and Rescue crews are back out at Sun Peaks today, continuing their search for Ryan Shtuka, who went missing a week ago on a short walk to his home from a house party.

He didn't make it home, and there's been no sign of him since.

Allan Mole from KSAR says they expect scores of volunteers to help out the 40 professional search and rescue personnel who will be on scene.

The 20-year old Shtuka had been working on the mountain for the past several months.

While searchers aren't optimistic about results if Shtuka got lost outdoors, if he made his way into an abandoned building or shed, he may be hurt but still alive.
