Crews battling wildfire near West Kelowna

WEST KELOWNA, B.C. — Good news on a fire along Westside Road near West Kelowna.

The BC Forest Service says it's being held at 2.5 hectares in size.

The number of aircraft being used has been reduced down to 5, with two helicopters and four aircraft released.

There are still close to 30 provincial firefighters on scene in addition to municipal crews from West Kelowna and Wilsons Landing.

The cause is under investigation .
