Wolfpack baseball drop two in Lethbridge Saturday
LETHBRIDGE — After dropping two games at home on Wednesday, the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack Baseball team were back on the road on Saturday in Lethbridge against the first place Prairie Baseball Academy Dawgs. The ‘Pack lost today against the Dawgs, losing 12-2 and 15-11. Both teams went back and forth in game two but the ‘Pack couldn’t complete the comeback.
Lefty and Stratford, Ontario natives Scott Wood started on the mound in game one. He threw 3+ innings, allowing 10 runs (one unearned) on 13 hits. Joe Siniscalchi (Burnaby, BC) came into the game in relief. He threw 3 and 2/3 innings, allowing two runs (one earned) on two hits and one walk. He struck out three batters.
