Bail hearing delayed once again in baseball bat beating case

KAMLOOPS — A man charged with attempted murder after a baseball bat beating in Brocklehurst last month had his bail hearing put over once again this morning.

Kris Teichrieb will remain in custody until a bail hearing eventually takes place.

19 year old Jessie Simpson remains on life support in Royal Inland Hospital.

RCMP say Simpson was beaten with a baseball bat near the intersection of Clifford Avenue and Holt Street early on the morning of June 19th.
