Fire hydrant damaged following crash on Columbia Street

KAMLOOPS — A two vehicle collision caused quite the commotion on Columbia Street this afternoon (June 16).

A truck and a car collided causing the car to run over a fire hydrant.

Kamloops Fire Rescue crews shut the water flow off shortly after 3:30, no homes in the surrounding area suffered any damage.

No injuries were reported.
