Guilty plea expected in shooting of Kamloops RCMP officer

KAMLOOPS —Kenneth Knutson, the man accused of shooting Corporal J.R. Michaud shooting Corporal J.R. Michaud in December 2014 intends to enter a guilty plea. 

An agent acting on behalf of Knutson’s lawyer made the surprise revelation in BC Supreme Court on Monday January 18, 2016.

The accused faces five counts, including Attempted Murder.
