The job posting is up for a new Superintendent of SD73

KAMLOOPS — The job posting to find a new Superintendent of the Kamloops Thompson School District went out this week.

Board Chair Denise Harper says they will begin the hiring process to replace acting Superintendent Karl deBruijn in the Spring.

“The posting closes January 22 and then there is a screening procedure that has to occur and then short listing. March 10th and March 11th the board will be interviewing and making a selection.

Harper says there are several qualified candidates from within the school district and is hopeful some of them will apply.
