Trial date set for Kamloops couple facing several charges

KAMLOOPS — A trial date has been set for a kamloops couple facing several charges related to stolen property last year. 

Jason Robertson, who was one of seven people arrested in May 2014 when Kamloops RCMP seized drugs, including cocaine and marijuana, firearms, money, and thousands of dollars worth of electronics, will face trial on January 25 in Kamloops. 

Robertson is facing eight charges, including five counts of possessing a weapon obtained through offence, two counts of possessing stolen property, and one count of careless use of a firearm. His wife Sarah Robertson is also being charged.
