KAMLOOPS — Canadian Pacific Railway crews continue their work in response to a derailment near Ashcroft last Thursday.
29 cars left the tracks about seven kilometres southwest of the community, spilling metallurgical coal into the Thompson River.
A day later, Interior Health advised residents to avoid drinking the water for 50 kilometres downstream of the incident.
