Silvia Senna is a Brazilian journalist based in Canada. She moved to Kamloops in July 2023 to work at CFJC after graduating from the Broadcast and Online Journalism program at BCIT in Vancouver. Silvia also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from PUC Minas, Brazil and is passionate about sports and audiovisual media.

Aside from work, Silvia loves to help her community and is part of a non profit Brazilian organization that does monthly visits to hospitals, asylums and orphanages. In her spare time, she loves being with her family, friends and, as a great Brazilian she is, she also enjoys watching soccer.
