Ted was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and grew up on a rural farm, but lived for most of his adult life in the Kamloops area, working many years for Lornex Mine in Logan Lake.  Ted will be remembered for his Irish charm and love of a good joke.  Ted lived with kidney disease and the pain of loss for many years, but, mostly thanks to his caring wife, Georgia, he lived until his 90th year.  Ted is also survived by one son, Terry, two grandsons, Aaron and Tyler, and one granddaughter, Kristen Tatiana.  He will be happy to be reunited with his other three children, Tim, Sharon and Tom, now that he has passed on.

Funeral prayers will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 5 pm at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Kamloops.  Funeral mass will be held the following morning, Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 11 am at Sacred Heart as well.

His family would like to thank Interior Health and the Renal Clinic at RIH nurses and staff, particularly Amanda, for assisting with Ted’s care.
