July 10, 1928 – April 22, 2021

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Raymond Alexandre Smith of Kamloops, BC, on April 22nd, 2021, at 92 years of age.

Raymond is survived by his loving wife Simonne Agnes Smith, his children Denis Smith of Chambly, QC, Lucille (Rob) Anderson of Kamloops, BC, Louise Smith (Mat Austin) of Gibsons, BC, and Lorraine (Ted) Hnidan-Kendall of Hazelton, BC. Also left to cherish Raymond’s memory are grandchildren Christine (Josh) Miller, James (Emily) Anderson, Jeremy (Katrina) Anderson, Lucas (Kayla) Hnidan, Louis Hnidan, and Robin Kendall, as well as great-grandchildren Noah, Ben, Sara, Ethan, Nolan, and Grace Miller, and Elise, Rory Anderson, and Isla Anderson.

Raymond was born on July 10th, 1928, in St. Boniface, Manitoba. He resided in Quebec, Manitoba and British Columbia.

He was a gentle, gracious and loving man.
