We are sad to announce the passing of Mitch Poncelet. Mitch was born and raised in Kamloops and worked as a welder with his father George for 25 years. He loved animals, Cuda and Smokey always held a special place in his heart. Mitch was survived by his wife of 19 years, Jewel, his parents George and Olive, children Micah and Tameeka, and his sister Moe.
A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the St. John Vianney Parish, 2826 Bank Rd Kamloops, B.C.
Mitch is truly loved and will be missed tremendously by his family and friends. This chapter of his journey has been closed and a new one opened.
Donations may be made in Mitch’s memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Flowers gratefully declined.
