The family of Peter Hughes of Kamloops is saddened to announce his passing on August 3, 2026, at the age of 79.

He is survived by his wife, Irene La-Charite, and her family; his daughter, Sara Inscho; and his grandson, Adam Hughes.

He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
