October 12, 1930 – May 13, 2016
Peter Pernul of Kamloops BC, passed away at the age of 85. He was predeceased by Violet, his wife of 60 years, his parents Martin and Elizabeth Pernul, and step mother Anne Pernul as well his sister Rose Seib. Peter is survived by a brother Paul (Mireya) of Calgary Alberta, sister Elizabeth (Betty)(Harold) Smith of Duncan BC, sister Judy (Don) Gardner of Bowser BC, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Peter grew up in Saskatchewan, moving to BC at the age of 16. He worked in Kamloops, Smithers, and returned to Kamloops in 1956. Peter was very handy with all things mechanical and could fix anything. He loved fishing, gardening and was a real animal lover. Foremost in Peter’s life was his love of Jehovah and sharing it regularly with others. The family would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to the Ambulance Service as well to the Royal Inland Hospital ICU and Nursing Staff in 4N for their compassionate care and courtesy. Also much appreciation to the Brothers and Sisters of the Jehovah’s Witness congregations for their kind assistance to Peter.

It was Peter’s request that there would be no service.
