Jack Onufreychuk of Kamloops passed away on December 30, 2016 at 84 years of age. He is survived by his loving wife Jackie Onufreychuk, children Tony Onufreychuk of Calgary, AB, Mary Onufreychuk of Kamloops, BC, grandchildren Ashton, Rohan, Evin, Jorie and Julie. Jack is survived by his sister Betty and brother Victor.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
