It is with shattered hearts we announce the passing of our believed dad, husband, brother, uncle, son, ogre Mike Peat.

Those who knew Mike would say he was so easy to talk to and would never pass up an opportunity to chat and catch up or drop anything to help out a friend (or anyone), anytime.

Mike was born in Princeton and was happy to return to the BC Interior after a couple moves in his youth. Mike is survived by his daughter Mikaela, son Karson, wife Felicity, sister’s Chrissy and Cathy as well as many other family and friends.

Mike’s favorite pastime was playing hockey and talking about his time playing hockey, followed very closely by long convo’s with Mikaela talking about anything and everything important to her, and watching Karson playing the sport he loved so much.
