March 12, 1937 – March 2, 2024

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Isabelle Swoboda, aged 86. She passed away peacefully at Coquihalla-Gillis House in Merritt B.C.

She is lovingly remembered by her loving husband, Louis, of 67 years; 6 Children: daughter Ann, sons David (Brenda), Stephen, John (Patti), Mark (Denise) Michael (Pam); 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her mom, dad and her sister Mary Elmore.

A funeral mass for Lenora will be held Friday, March 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Parish, 2302 Jackson Ave., Merritt, B.C., with a luncheon to follow.

Louis and family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Coquihalla-Gillis House, who cared for Isabelle for her last 5 years.
