March 29, 1962 – August 9, 2024   

Karen is predeceased by her husband and love of her life Dave, and her father Raymond. Karen will be deeply missed by her loving children Shannon (Rob) and Zach (Caity), her grandchildren Levi, Josh, Nora, Owen, Tyler and Joe, her brother Donald (Claudette) and her mom and best fried Priscilla Trottier. 

Karen was a devoted wife, mother and grandma. She loved and cherished her family and friends. Karen had a passion for music, singing and playing many instruments from a young age. She loved playing cards and dice and doing puzzles. She enjoyed fishing and we treasure the stories and memories of her many adventures. 

Camp 24 on Lake Nipigon was her happy place where she loved to entertain friends and family playing guitar around the campfire. A Celebration of Life will be held there next summer, 2025. Date to be determined. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Lung Association or the BC Cancer Foundation.
