April 11, 1942 – May 1, 2020

It is with much sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Jack on May 1, 2020.

Jack is survived by his loving wife Lisa, daughter Colleen, son Craig (Kerri), grandchildren Dylan, Jillian, Christopher and Kaelen, brother Lennox and many nieces and nephews.

The family extends their sincere thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Primary Health Care Clinic in Chase and Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops for their kindness and compassion during this difficult time.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
